Manual USB Dongle Driver Installation

For portable licenses where a USB dongle key is required, the computer running SIMetrix or SIMetrix/SIMPLIS must have the dongle device driver installed. Typically the device driver is installed automatically alongside SIMetrix and SIMetrix/SIMPLIS and no additional manual installation is necessary.

If you are using an older version of SIMetrix or have been issued an older USB dongle key, which can be identified by being green in colour, you may need to manually install the device driver.
