Technical support from our development team is available for all in-maintenance customers, as part of your service agreement.
Users of SIMetrix/SIMPLIS Elements, or student users of educational licenses are not eligible for support technical support, except for limited installation issues.
Please follow the steps below so we can try to best resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Most questions are best answered by email, this way our team can study your problem in-depth with your supporting schematic where necessary. Our technical support team will endeavour to answer you promptly, typically with an initial response on the same business day.

All support is kept confidential and we hold NDAs with many companies. If you require an NDA before discussing in-depth problems with our technical team, please let them know.

For students, you should contact your course instructor for any technical support.
For course instructors, your educational establishment should have a nominated primary contact who we will work with to resolve technical issues and your first point of contact should be with them.

- The name of the educational establishment you work for. Emails should come from your establishment email address.
