Registering your usage of SIMetrix enables us to provide you with automatic access to the download page and for us to notify you when product updates are available for you to download.

If you are a customer using a SIMetrix, SIMPLIS or a jointly made product, the details you provide will be shared with SIMPLIS Technologies Inc, who are based in the USA.

Providing this information is optional, however if you do not provide this information, you may not be able to obtain certain services from us, such as gaining automatic access to the download site or receiving notifications of product updates that are available with your current license.

We use the information you provide us with to provide our services to you, to administer the SIMetrix website and to understand more about the products and services our customers are interested in.

We will hold your information for as long as your account is active or is required to provide you with services. You can request to be removed from the registration database or for emails from us to be stopped, by emailing us.

2. How do we use your information when you register for the Free Download?

Only persons accessing the website from Japan will be asked to submit contact details in-order to access the SIMetrix Free Download. This information will be collected by SIMetrix Technologies and passed to our reseller in Japan, Intersoft Inc.

Intersoft Inc may use this information to contact you about your experience with the demo and to introduce themselves as your point of contact for sales within Japan. Requests for data removal can be made to sales@intsoft.co.jp.

SIMetrix Technologies will not store or use your data collected from the Free Download registration form beyond this transfer of data to Intersoft Inc. We make every attempt to ensure that this form is only shown to those accessing the website from Japan. If any data is collected through this form that has not come from persons accessing the website from Japan, the data will be deleted and not used.
